We are focusing on wholesalers and retailers of GSM accessories and repairing shops. The prices on www.telcon.com do not contain any discounts – either individually obtained or in result of using discount codes. We also prepared for our customers constant discounts that are being developed by monthly sales. With starting cooperation we also offer convenient payment conditions.
- Minimum order is 100 PLN/net
- Shipping costs are established individually and they are determined by the order price. Shipping costs are flexible and in the range of 0-10 PLN
- The discounted prices are always determined by deals and sales conditions .
- The deals and sales conditions cannot be combined with individual discounts.
- The date of shipment depends on time of order placement. Orders placed before 2PM in working day are shipped in the same day. Orders placed after 2 PM or during weekend or bank holiday are shipped next working day.

Warranties are being handled in two ways:
- Correction of invoices
- Merchandise replacement
The warranty period starts with the date of invoice issuance by Telcon Sp. z o.o.
Products on Sales do not have warranties.
Important! We do not accept packages sent on COD (Collect on Delivery).
Mechanical or intentional damage are not covered by warranties.
